I’ve spent years navigating anxiety, much of it rooted in health-related fears that began early in life. My dad’s health struggles—and ultimately losing him when I was just 18—left a deep imprint. For a long time, I lived in a state of fear about my own body and well-being.
That experience eventually led me down a new path—one focused on healing, not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. Along the way, I learned that true wellness isn’t about chasing perfection or avoiding illness; it’s about creating balance, finding alignment with your values, and building habits that support your life in sustainable ways.
Today, I help others do the same.
I became a health coach because I know how powerful it is to have someone in your corner. Managing my anxiety became so much more possible when I finally stopped trying to do it all alone. Having a team—a support system—was what changed everything for me.
That’s why I do what I do. I want to be part of someone else’s support system. I love working with people who’ve struggled with that all-or-nothing mindset and are ready to build steady, lasting habits that feel good.
There’s nothing more meaningful than witnessing someone step into their strength—and knowing I had the honor of supporting that process.
My coaching style blends structure with flexibility, compassion with accountability. Each session is client-led and conversational, but with a clear focus—we explore what’s working, what’s not, and what small, intentional steps can move you closer to your goals.
I believe wellness isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. Every person is bio-individual, and your habits should reflect your values, needs, and pace. Sometimes that means adjusting goals. Sometimes it means stepping back to figure out what’s really keeping you stuck. Wherever you are, I’ll meet you there—with genuine care, curiosity, and a deep respect for your process.
We work together to create clear, achievable goals and track your progress along the way. And we always come back to balance—not perfection. My role is to help you stay grounded and consistent while celebrating your growth. Over time, I want you to feel that shift—not just in your habits, but in your confidence, clarity, and ability to keep moving forward.
I am a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I received training in holistic wellness, behavior change, and coaching techniques rooted in bio-individuality. I’m currently working toward becoming a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)—the highest level of certification in the field.
To ensure the highest standard of support, I continue to complete ongoing training and education to stay current and deepen my expertise.
The Willow Path is also HIPAA compliant and fully insured for client privacy and protection.
If you’re ready to feel more balanced, consistent, and confident in your wellness journey, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
